Gymnasium is a large room with equipment for exercising the body and increasing strength or a club where you can go to the exercise and keep fit.

So by engaging in physical activity, you are releasing a lot of endorphins, and you will experience more positivity and a better mood and outlook. This helps as you take on the rest of your classes for the day.

                                We should run gym machines only with someone's advice otherwise it can cause side effect. Gym is the good place to keep our body fit. We can make the body as we want in the gym.
