DIET PLAN FOR WEIGHT LOSS:
1. WAKE UP TIME :
As soon as you wake up in the morning, you have to drink the water kept in the copper vessel without brushing. It has very effective to fat loss. Drink maximum two to three glass water in the morning. If you have habit to drink tea or coffee so please skip it.
2.BREAKFAST :
Try that your breakfast is full of protein. Breakfast is the most important meal in your day. You can eat oats, paneer paratha, paneer bhurji in the breakfast.Avoid the brown bread.But Sometimes you can eat the brown bread.
After 1 hour of breakfast and 50 minutes before lunch, you try to drink two to three glass water.If you feel hungry between breakfast or lunch so you can eat dry peanuts, 3-6 steeped almonds or you can drink tea.You can also take fruits, and avoid the sugar.
3. LUNCH :
It would be better to start the lunch with a salad. After eating a salad, you can eat simple homemade food like rajma, chhole, chapati.Put a spoonful of a desi ghee on top of it.Ghee is the healthy source of fat.You can eat soya chunk curry or paneer with whole wheat roti in lunch.If possible, drink a glass of buttermilk after lunch.
4. EVENING SNACKS :
Now in evening snacks you can take any seasonal fruit, 1 handful unsalted peanuts and if you want so you can drink a tea.If you have little bit more hunger so you can eat sweet potato chaat, banana peanut butter roti.
5. DINNER :
By the way, whatever option we had for lunch, it is also valid for dinner.If you eat three roties in lunch, then eat only two roties in dinner. Dal, rice, mash are also good options for the dinner. Keep your diet light in dinner.
Your dinner time will determine how soon your weight loss will be? If you lay down your dinner, that food is not digestible ,it will rot, so if possible ,dinner should be done by 7:00 pm in the evening.After dinner go for a walk.
6. BEFORE GO TO BED :
You may feel hungry at night because of having an early dinner.So drink milk 1 hour before sleeping at night.You can add turmeric in the milk.
This diet plan will give you 100% result in fat loss, but if you do workout, you will get quick result.Avoid the Jung food, fried, and spicy food.
