WHAT IS THE PHYSICAL FITNESS ?

          

                            The ability to carry out daily task with vigour and alertness,  without undue fatigue and with ample energy to enjoy leisure-time pursuit and to meet unforeseen emergencies.



THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF FITNESS:
  • cardio-respirate endurance
  • muscle strength 
  • muscle endurance 
  • flexibility
  • body composition


  1. CARDIO RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE:


                  Ability of heart, lunges and blood vessels to deliver 
oxygen to the muscle and remove wastes.
     
                        Is most evident at rest; sustained activity involving the whole body, such as running ,cycling and swimming long distance; and during recovery.


2. MUSCLE STRENGTH:


                  Muscle strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift.

                  Example of exercise that develop muscular strength and power include resistance training, such as weight lifting ,body weight exercises, and resistance band exercises .Running,cycling,and climbing hill are also options.


3. MUSCLE  ENDURANCE:


                  

                        Muscle endurance is the ability to continue contracting a muscle ,or group of muscle, against resistance ,such as weight or body weight, over a period of time.Increasing the performance of these muscle means they can continue to contact and work against these force.


4.FLEXIBILITY:





                    Flexibility is defined by Ghmmerson as "the absolute range of movement in a joints or series of joints that is attainable in a momentary effort with the help of a partner or a piece of equipment ".
 
                    This definition tells us that flexibility is not something general but is specific to a particular joint or set of joints.


5. BODY COMPOSITION:
 
 


                                   Body composition describes the amount of fat, bone ,water, and musclier the body.

                        Body composition is important for a healthy balance between fat and muscle is vital for health and wellness.The doctor says that maintaining a heathy body composition increases longevity and reduce the risk of cancer heart disease, diabetes etc.


                     
                     We should keep are body healthy and fit by exercise like running ,swimming, yoga, gym etc.
